Each knife in this set has a gauge of 1.2mm. The blade is made of high-grade stainless steel, stamped, ground, and then polished in over 25 different manual production stages. Due to its quality grade, the stainless steel blade is set to keep its sharpness even after for everyday use. The knives are rust resistant and are dishwasher safe.
