Jean Dubost 6 Steak Knives Ivory Color Handle

This set of ivory-colored steak knives is made in France with traditional country style. Each knife boasts a 2.5mm gauge and undergoes 25 production stages before being stamped, polished, and packaged. The rust-resistant knives have ABS handles and stainless steel sharpened blades with brass colored caps. Additionally, they come with a Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions, which advise hand-washing under hot running water and immediate drying, but the knives are also dishwasher safe. Jean Dubost has been crafting artisan blades since 1920, inspired by traditional peasant tools and marked with a bee emblem to carry the legend of the Laguiole knife.
