Designed in collaboration with beloved French chef Michel Bras, this cheese knife is an optimally functional tool. The shape of the stamina wood handle ensures that the knife balances perfectly on the table, while the surface of the blade promises a precise cut. Ideal for all soft and crumbly cheeses, the knife pairs particularly well with a nice Roquefort. The knife was hand made by master artisans in the village of Laguiole, France.
